Purchase Notice
- Each adult ticket allows one infant to join free of charge. A child ticket must be purchased for the second infant and any additional infants.
- Travelers under 18 or over 65 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 20 to 64 to participate in the tour.
- Travelers with epilepsy, heart disease, or other medical conditions that may be aggravated by excessive stimulation are not permitted to participate in this tour.
- If the number of participants is fewer than 10, a Chinese-speaking driver-guide will be arranged instead. Thank you for your understanding.
Important Booking Information
Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure. To avoid delays to the itinerary, the tour will depart on time and will not wait for late arrivals.
Lunch is not included in this tour. Please arrange your own meals. Smoking and eating are strictly prohibited on the bus.
This tour follows a fixed itinerary, and no additional stops will be made. Guests may leave the tour at any scheduled stop, provided they inform the guide in advance.
This is a shared group tour. Guests traveling together may be seated next to other passengers. Child safety seats are not available on the bus. Thank you for your understanding.
If delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control result in the cancellation of certain sightseeing stops, no partial refunds will be provided.
Complimentary admission tickets included in the bus tour are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used on another date, even if guests choose not to use them.
Travel insurance is not included in this package. We recommend purchasing your own travel insurance before departure.
Guests taking a flight on the same day as the tour should allow sufficient time to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before their scheduled flight departure. We are not responsible for missed flights caused by traffic conditions or tour delays.
In the event of severe weather, such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision regarding tour cancellation will be made by 8:00 PM (local time) on the day before departure. Guests will be notified by email of any updates.
The Happy Pancake set may contain eggs, milk/dairy products, wheat, honey, butter, cheese, chocolate, fruits, nuts, grains, and other ingredients. Cross-contact with allergens may occur during food preparation, storage, or packaging through shared ingredients, utensils, or equipment. Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions are responsible for determining whether the food is suitable for them before booking. This tour only provides assistance with takeaway reservations and cannot guarantee that the food is completely free from specific allergens.
For guests wishing to pre-order takeaway pancakes from Happy Pancake, payment must be made on-site on the day of the tour. Daily reservation quantities are limited and subject to the café's actual availability. Reservations cannot be guaranteed in the event of full bookings, last-minute changes, or unsuccessful reservation requests. Thank you for your understanding.
Meals are not included in the bus tours offered under this package. Guests are responsible for arranging their own lunch. Please note that vegetarian meal options may not be available at restaurants near the attractions. Thank you for your understanding.
